1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Wasle is operated by Wasle Digital Solutions (JM1051299-A) in Malaysia. These terms cover the Wasle website, public delivery estimates, partner interest registration and Wasle Personal Shopper web services. They also provide general service information for Wasle Delivery.
A confirmed order may have additional service-specific terms shown in the applicable Wasle application. Read those terms and the order details before confirming. Order-specific details apply to that order; they do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Use a service only if you have the legal capacity and any permission needed to enter the transaction. Partner registration is for Malaysian applicants aged 18–65, subject to the eligibility requirements shown in the registration form. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or work.
Provide accurate account, contact, address and request information. Protect your login credentials, do not share accounts, and notify Wasle if you suspect unauthorised access. Use the customer, shopper or operations portal that matches your authorised role.
Do not impersonate others, misuse personal data, upload unlawful material, interfere with the platform, evade verification or use the service for fraud. Wasle may restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or investigation.
3. Delivery estimates and orders
The public quote tool processes selected pickup and drop-off locations, road distance and vehicle type to provide an estimate. A website estimate does not create a delivery order, assign a rider or driver, or guarantee pickup, completion time or availability.
Check the fare, route, vehicle, service availability and any applicable charges in the booking flow before confirming. Road access, traffic, weather, safety and operational conditions can affect the route or timing. Provide lawful item details, suitable packaging and accurate sender and recipient information.
The initial core service focus is Tanjung Malim, Behrang and Slim River. Quotes beyond the core area remain subject to route and operational availability. Do not request carriage of illegal, dangerous, restricted or otherwise unsuitable items; clarify uncertain items with Wasle before booking.
4. Personal Shopper requests and payments
Personal Shopper requests are for Malaysia and are recorded in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The current maximum item value is RM250, with shopper custody limits of RM100, RM150 or RM250 according to the shopper's approved tier.
The customer pays item costs directly to the merchant. The shopper does not advance purchase money. The shopper service fee is separate from the item budget and must be agreed in the request. A budget calculator is an estimate, not a payment or confirmed offer.
Check merchant availability, substitutions, the agreed fee, purchase evidence and handover details in the task. Use only the payment method actually enabled in the live service. Payment activation, fees and payout arrangements must be confirmed in the transaction flow; a test or unavailable payment option must not be treated as a completed payment.
Merchant product warranties, returns and refunds depend on the merchant's applicable terms and consumer law. Wasle case handling does not automatically create a merchant refund or insurance entitlement.
5. Shopper directory and availability
The public directory displays active Personal Shoppers' public display names, service areas, short biographies, verification indicators and availability labels. Available reflects the shopper's selected online status; Away reflects offline status. These labels do not guarantee an immediate response, acceptance of a request or availability for every location.
A verification indicator means the platform's identity review has been approved; it is not a guarantee of performance, an endorsement of every statement or a promise of insurance. Do not harvest directory details for spam, harassment or unrelated marketing.
6. Personal Shopper cancellation and cases
The current customer cancellation rules apply a charge of 25% of the agreed service fee after EN_ROUTE and 50% after ARRIVED or BUYING. After purchase, use the recorded case-resolution process rather than assuming a cancellation will reverse the purchase.
For a standard transaction dispute, open a case from the task within 24 hours of handover. Current evidence-request and appeal windows are 5 working days, with one appeal per party. Record the reason and retain relevant payment, purchase and handover evidence.
Safety, fraud and non-delivery issues may require separate investigation. These platform case windows do not remove any longer complaint period, remedy or consumer right available under applicable law. A refund or fee adjustment depends on the recorded facts, applicable rules and law; an outcome is not guaranteed.
7. Personal data and evidence
Read the Privacy Policy for details of data collection, public profile fields, identity evidence, location information and your choices. Provide another person's contact or delivery details only if you are authorised to do so, and tell them how the information will be used.
Submit only evidence relevant to the request or review. Avoid unnecessary identity numbers, financial account details or other people's private information in task messages, public biographies and photos. Account and identity evidence must be submitted through the designated private flow.
8. Content, service changes and liability
Wasle branding, website material and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website for its intended purpose. You retain rights in content you submit and permit Wasle to process and display it only as needed to provide the service, handle cases, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Wasle may update or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance, safety, security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service, insurance or guaranteed protection against loss. Responsibility for a particular incident is assessed under the facts, agreed service terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right where doing so is prohibited by law. There is no blanket waiver of consumer rights or of responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates and applicable law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to mandatory rights that apply to the transaction. Material changes will be identified through an updated policy date and, where appropriate, a notice in the service. Changes apply prospectively unless a different treatment is required by law or expressly agreed.
The English and Bahasa Malaysia versions are provided together to help users understand the same terms. If wording appears inconsistent, contact Wasle for clarification; no language version is intended to reduce statutory rights.
10. Contact and complaints
Contact Wasle using the support contact below for questions about these terms, service complaints or account issues. Include an order or task reference where relevant. For a Personal Shopper transaction case, use the task's case function as well so evidence and decisions stay with the transaction.
Do not email passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents unless a secure verification method has been specifically arranged.
